This site is DEWYCEL’s brand home — we don’t sell or check out here. Every product links out to our official storefronts, where your order is processed, shipped, and supported.

Where you buy

DEWYCEL is available on Amazon US. Pricing, availability, and promotions are managed on each store.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by the store you purchased from. Delivery times, shipping fees, and tracking follow that store’s policies — for example, Prime-eligible items on Amazon ship under Amazon’s standard timelines. You’ll find tracking in your order history on that store.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled by the store where you placed your order, under their return windows and policies. To start a return, open your order on Amazon or TikTok Shop and follow their return flow — that’s the fastest way to get help with a specific order.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrived damaged or incorrect, report it through your store’s order help so they can replace or refund it. If you’d also like us to know, email hello@dewycel.comand we’ll do our best to help.
